SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Our Shipping is worldwide as you can check on FEDEX/EMS/TNT. They are trusted and faster about 3 - 7 business days services.
2. Mostly our dresses are pre-order, so it takes time around 2 weeks until 1 month of business day.
3. If kaftan is ready stock then customer will receive kaftan around 2 weeks after payment. If it is not ready stock then customer will receive kaftan around 1 month after payment.
4. Customer who want request kaftan dress with special color or special size, the estimated time will be finish  in 1 month plus 1 week for delivery time.
5. We will email / message customer for tracking number one day after sent (max 5 days) after customer purchased the kaftan.
6. PS ( PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ) : some kaftan is made by request and some kaftan is ready stock, But, we still need final touch ( finishing ) since our kaftan are premium handmade, So, we need maximum in 20 business days. Thank you for your understanding.
